At DiBar Enterprises, we own each of the properties we manage. That’s why our primary concern is making sure our tenants have a pleasant experience when renting in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska. DiBar Enterprises is owned and managed by principals Dave and Gina Bartholet. They are committed to never owning or renting a property they would not feel comfortable living in with their own families.

Guiding Principles

The DiBar vision is to provide a housing experience for our tenants where each property is actively managed by the owners. This makes sure that leasing, tenant services, and client related issues are handled without the need of leasing agents or third party property manager.

We are a stable company of neighborhood single-family housing units. Our mission is to provide a high-quality living space at an affordable rate in the Midtown neighborhood of Omaha. Located near Midtown Crossing Shopping, the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Creighton University, Kiewit Headquarters, Mutual of Omaha, Union Pacific, and a quick five-minute shuttle, bike or car ride to the Omaha downtown corridor. DiBar specializes in acquiring and managing properties in Midtown Omaha.

The core competency of DiBar is to hold ourselves to only the highest-quality and standards supporting our slogan “Home of The World’s Best Tenants!” From the first property showing, through fixing a leaky faucet or feeding a cat over an extended weekend, we want to personally know every tenant in each of our properties.
